Graeme Johnson

Subscription Solutions Engineer at Rhapsody

Graeme Johnson is currently a Subscription Solutions Engineer at Rhapsody. Prior to that, they were a Manager of Industrial Engineering at Pratt & Whitney from April 2017 to September 2018. There, they led and mentored a team of five Industrial Engineers across three value streams representing $150 million in annual revenue. Graeme also co-led an improvement project which saved five miles per year of material handling through the redesign of multiple work cells. Furthermore, they co-led the implementation of Connected Factory, a digital production management system, with a team of representatives from Operations, Quality, IT, and Maintenance.

Before Pratt & Whitney, Graeme worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at Meggitt from February 2015 to April 2017. There they supported production of aviation magnetics through root cause analysis, part redesign, process improvement, and lean manufacturing implementations.

Graeme has also held positions as a Project Engineer at Bridgetown Natural Foods from June 2013 to February 2015, an Industrial Engineer at UPS Supply Chain Solutions from August 2010 to June 2012, and an Engineering Consultant at Hussey Copper from June 2012 to February 2013. Graeme started their career as an Engineering Co-Op at GE from September 2008 to February 2009.

Graeme Johnson has a Master of Engineering from the J.B. Speed School at the University of Louisville and a Bachelor of Science from the same school and field. Graeme is certified by ASQ in Six Sigma Green Belt and by the National Council for Behavioral Health in Mental Health First Aid.

Graeme Johnson reports to Paul Grichenko, VP of Engineering. They work with Eduard Dudar - Principal Software Engineer, Vladimir Poluyaktov - Principal Systems Engineer.
