Kaylene Roering

Kaylene Roering has over 13 years of professional experience. Kaylene began their career in 2007 as a Business Analyst at Jarden Consumer Solutions. In 2010, they joined St. Catherine University as an Admission Counselor and Assistant Volleyball Coach, counseling, advising and recruiting students, working with diverse student groups and managing a specific geographic territory, as well as event coordinator for on campus recruiting programs. Kaylene then held the roles of Assistant Director of Admission, Associate Director of Admission, and Senior Associate Director of Admission Operations at St. Catherine University. In 2020, they joined RHB as a Technology Analyst.

Kaylene Roering completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing and Management (HR) from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota in 2006. Kaylene then pursued their Master of Arts degree in Educational Leadership (Sports Management) from Winona State University, which they are currently completing. Prior to this, they graduated from North High School in 2003.
