Daniel Brown, SPHR, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources leadership across multiple industries. Currently serving as Director & HRBP of Human Resource Operations at Rheem Manufacturing since August 2022, Daniel has held various significant roles including Division HR Leader at Heat Transfer Products Group, LLC (HTPG) Rheem, and Director of Human Resource Operations Leader Americas at Momentive Performance Materials. With a robust background in HR management from previous positions at Georgia-Pacific LLC, International Paper, and Buffalo Color Corporation, Daniel has developed expertise in overseeing HR functions across operations, sales, and engineering divisions. Daniel holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management from D'Youville University and a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Management and Business from Houghton University.
