Lance Davis is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in process engineering and project management across various sectors. Since March 2017, Lance has served as a Senior Process Engineer in Metal Fabrication at Rheem Manufacturing, focusing on the Press, Shear, and CTL departments. Prior to this, Lance was employed at Baldor Electric Company as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, leading the Stator Department and managing projects from August 2012 to March 2017. Lance's career began at Whirlpool Corporation, where significant contributions were made as a Senior Engineer in Built-In Refrigeration and the Innovative Process Business Unit from September 1994 to July 2012.
