Matt McLaughlin is a seasoned sales executive with extensive experience in the HVAC and plumbing industries, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Sales for Rheem Manufacturing since August 2013. In this role, Matt drives sales and market share through a distribution network across multiple states, leading a team of District Sales Managers. Previous positions at Rheem include Director of Wholesale and National Account Manager, where Matt managed strategic accounts and supported operations in North America.
