Robert Petersen

Robert Petersen currently serves as Vice President of Operations for the Air & Water Divisions at Rheem Manufacturing, having started in May 2023. Previous roles include Vice President of Process Excellence at Powin and Vice President of Global Operations & Engineering at Carlisle Fluid Technologies, where Robert focused on developing global strategies to enhance operational performance and product development. Robert has extensive experience in global operations and supply chain management, holding leadership positions at Carlisle Brake & Friction and GE, where responsibilities encompassed multi-site operations in various regions including the US, Europe, and Asia. Robert's career began at Lincoln Electric, where positions spanned from Assistant Credit Manager to Manager of Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning. Robert holds a BSBA in Production and Operations Management from Bowling Green State University.
