Tim Fletcher serves as the Regional Manager for the Northeast and Midwest at Rheem Manufacturing, overseeing business development, sales management, and distributor relationships for commercial air conditioning across 31 states since May 2023. Previously, Tim held the position of Vice President of Global Services at Nidec Press & Automation, managing an $80 million global service organization, and significantly increasing operational profits. Additionally, Tim led the Minster Services division at Nidec Minster Corporation, doubling service revenue, and spent over two decades at Emerson Commercial & Residential Solutions, where major contributions included doubling sales of air conditioning service compressors and implementing Lean practices. Tim holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Dayton and a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
