Louise Collier

Louise Collier is the Director and Principal at Rhelm, where they lead environment and planning services, focusing on advisory, infrastructure, community and place, and natural hazards and resilience. With 30 years of experience in managing natural hazards, environmental impact assessments, and water resources across multiple countries, Louise has developed expertise in various sectors, including linear and site-specific infrastructure, mining, and energy. They hold a Civil/Environmental Engineering degree from UNSW and are a Fellow of Engineers Australia, as well as being an active member of the Environment Institute of Australia and New Zealand. Previously, Louise has held significant roles at organizations such as Cardno, Lawson and Treloar Pty Ltd, and the Royal Australian Navy. Their work emphasizes sustainable outcomes across ecological, economic, and social spectrums.
