Tim Brown's work experience begins in 1998 when they worked as a Production Manager at Associated British Foods. In 2000, they became the Director of Value Added Services EMEA at Gillette / Newell Rubbermaid. In 2007, Tim joined D3O and held positions such as Chief Product Officer and VP Operations, where they were responsible for driving product development, improving efficiency, and building a supply chain team. In 2018, Tim worked as the COO at Photocentric Ltd until 2020 when they joined RHEON LABS as the COO. Tim's role at RHEON LABS involves spearheading the development and implementation of their energy control technology. Tim also has experience as a Director at MORITASGUS LIMITED.
Tim Brown attended Solihull School from 1988 to 1993, where they achieved 5 A grades at A Level. Tim then pursued their undergraduate studies at the University of Cambridge from 1993 to 1998 and earned a degree in Engineering. Tim furthered their education at the University of Cambridge by completing a Postgraduate Certificate in Design, Manufacture, and Management.

The company collaborates with leading sports, safety,and protective equipment manufacturers to develop custom solutions to improve the performance, comfort, and protection of their products. Customers already include Xenith (an American football helmet manufacturer) and FLY Racing (a motorcycle helmet manufacturer). Collaborations with a number of other leading brands in the sporting, PPE, and motorsport sectors are currently underway.
