Rickey Smith

Rickey Smith has a diverse work experience history. Most recently, they have held roles at Rhino, starting in December 2021 as a Claims Analyst and then progressing to a Sr. Claims Analyst in April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Seek Now as a Quality Assurance Associate from March 2021 to December 2021. From December 2020 to March 2021, they were a Property Claims Adjuster at Travelers Insurance. Before transitioning to the insurance industry, Rickey worked at Liberty Mutual Insurance as a Catastrophe Claims Field Adjuster from March 2019 to December 2020, where they traveled across the country, responding to catastrophe-related insurance claims. In 2018, they held positions as a Legislative Assistant at Louisville Metro Government and as a Customer Experience Specialist at Generation Tux. From 2013 to 2018, Rickey worked as a Wardrobe Consultant at Men's Wearhouse, gaining experience in sales and customer service. Additionally, they had internships at the Shelby County Drug Court Support Foundation Inc. in 2016 and Fultz Maddox Dickens PLC in 2015.

Rickey Smith obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from the University of Louisville, where they attended from 2011 to 2016. In 2018, they pursued further education at Spalding University and completed a Master of Business Communication degree in the field of Organizational Leadership and Development in 2019.
