Dea Pratt is a marketing leader currently serving as the Head of Marketing at Rhizome, where they advance utility climate resilience through intelligent planning. Previously, as the Marketing Lead at Kevala, Dea built the marketing function from the ground up, significantly increasing demo requests and brand search visibility. Dea also founded a sustainability-focused marketing agency, securing over $4M in funding for various clients, and has mentored solar and storage developers through the Young Leaders of the Americas Initiative. Dea is currently an Energy Executive in Residence at the Maryland Energy Innovation Accelerator, advising early-stage energy tech startups on growth strategies. They are pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy at Arizona State University.
