Natalie Riso is a seasoned professional in the startup ecosystem, currently serving as the Director and Head of Startups and Strategic Partnerships at Rho since March 2025, where responsibilities include managing key partnerships and overseeing over 400 annual events in the US. Prior to Rho, Natalie held the position of Senior Program Manager at RaiseMercury from September 2023 to February 2025, leading initiatives that enhanced founder success and managing a thriving community of over 900 founders. As the Founder of Social Mind, initiated efforts to strengthen the personal brands of founders and VCs. In addition, Natalie gained experience as a Fellow at Climatebase in late 2024, developing a ClimateTech startup perk program, and served as an Anchor Mentor at Andreessen Horowitz from February 2023 to January 2024, providing mentorship and workshops for founders. Natalie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and has completed a study abroad program at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
