We partner with freight forwarders, NVOCCs, and 3PLs to offer their shipper clients a faster path to cash. When a shipment is verified, a financing decision can be ready in hours. No bank meetings. No paperwork. No waiting 60–90 days for a buyer to pay.
How it works
Rhofin purchases trade receivables from suppliers under the BAFT 2022 Master Receivables Purchase Agreement (MRPA). Financing is structured to be non-recourse — buyer credit risk sits with our institutional funder, not with the supplier. Each transaction is supported by a Notice of Assignment (NOA) and where applicable UCC-1 and UCC Article 12 filings.
For logistics partners — freight forwarders, NVOCCs, 3PLs
Integrate once via REST API. Your shipment data becomes the underwriting signal. Your customers get working capital. You earn a referral fee on every transaction, with no capital on your balance sheet.
