Billy Stamp

Billy Stamp is a business leader and Managing Director at Rhomberg Sersa Rail Group in Ireland. They co-founded Lloyd Rail and served as Managing Director from 2004 to 2013, specializing in infrastructure engineering services. Previously, they held various leadership roles, including General Manager for Air Miles in Northern Ireland and Managing Director at PS&A. Billy graduated with a Distinction from the MBA program at Trinity College Dublin and has an extensive educational background in economics and nautical studies. Currently, they also serve as the Irish Branch Chair for The PWI.
