Rhombus Craft Brewery is a bulgarian family owned business based in Pazardzhik.  The legend states that Rhombus used to be the oldest name of the river Maritza, passing through the town of Pazardzhik.

Our brewery is the results of a constant seek for taste diversity and experimentation with different recipes. We produce our craft brew on par to the traditional methods using only the highest quality ingredients. 
Not filtering or pasteurizing our beer keeps it fresh and tasting great while preserving the healthy properties of the malt, hops and yeast. 

We have an on-site restaurant with great garden and a few guest rooms.
Everything we offer is made in-house, from the food to the beer.
