Rickey Cox

Rickey Cox has a long and varied work experience. In 2021, they became the Director of Product Management at Rhombus Systems. From 2018 to 2021, they held the role of Product Management at BlueOwl, LLC. From 2017 to 2018, they were a Product Consultant at Cloud Campaign. From 2015 to 2017, Rickey was a Senior Product Manager at Sophos. From 2011 to 2015, they were a Product Manager - Mobile Products / Services and Senior Business Analyst / Product Owner - Mobile Applications at Asurion. From 2005 to 2011, Rickey was a Senior Business Analyst - Application Development / Infrastructure & Operations at Safeway, Inc. Finally, in 2004, they held a Software Engineer Internship at NUMMI, where they learned Toyota Production Systems, including jidoka, kanban, and kaizen, concepts which they continue to use in product development today. Rickey also gained experience in customer delight by developing a program to identify faulty pallets carrying vehicle bodies, allowing earlier detection and reducing defect rates.

Rickey Cox attended California State University - East Bay from 2003 to 2005 and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
