We are a Zimbabwean organization addressing the crisis of adolescent pregnancies and the systemic neglect of young mothers under 17. Through reproductive justice—a framework of safety, equity, and autonomy—we empower adolescent girls and young women (AGYW) to reclaim their futures.

Why We Exist:
1 in 3 Zimbabwean girls becomes a mother before the age of 18, often becoming trapped in cycles of poverty, violence, and lost potential. RhoNaFlo intervenes at the intersection of health, gender, and economic justice to break these cycles.

Vision
A Zimbabwe where no girl’s future is determined by an unintended pregnancy.

Mission
To dismantle barriers to sexual and reproductive health (SRH) for AGYW through education, advocacy, and community-led care—ensuring every young mother survives, thrives, and leads.

Core Theory of Change
Problem: Adolescent pregnancies in Zimbabwe are a symptom of systemic failure—characterized by lack of SRH education, gender-based violence (GBV), poverty, and inaccessible healthcare.

Solution: A three-pronged model:
1.	Prevent unintended pregnancies through rights-based SRH education.
2.	Protect pregnant girls with dignified maternal care and mental health support.
3.	Empower young mothers to rebuild their lives through economic resilience and advocacy.

Flagship Programs
① Purple Door Initiative
Innovation: Grassroots safe spaces marked by purple doors, staffed by trained advocates 
Impact: Immediate support for GBV survivors, coupled with long-term community education aimed at transforming harmful norms.

② APONA Birth Kits
Innovation: Curated kits provided as an incentive for facility-based deliveries, thereby reducing maternal mortality rates.
