Ben Dare

Ben Dare has a diverse work experience spanning over 18 years in various roles and industries. Ben is currently working as a Technical Sales Engineer at RHONDOS since April 2023. Before that, Ben worked at NTT Ltd. for nearly three years, starting as a Customer Success Manager in April 2018 and later transitioning to the role of SAP Solutions Architect in May 2021 until April 2023.

Prior to NTT Ltd., Ben served as the SAP Basis Team Lead at NTT DATA Services from January 2013 to February 2018. During their tenure, they received the Q2 FY14 Global Recognition Program Award for exceptional achievements and contributions. Ben was responsible for overseeing projects, managing workloads, and developing the basis team members. Ben also played a key role in HANA system administration, including monitoring, patching, and backup monitoring. Ben successfully reduced the month-end financial close system processing time from 164 to 46 hours.

Before joining NTT DATA Services, Ben held the position of Senior SAP Basis Consultant at Capgemini from August 2011 to January 2013. Ben also served as President at The ALD Group LLC, an unspecified industry, from August 2007 to January 2013.
