Allison Shultz

Allison Shultz is a skilled professional with extensive experience in proposal and contract management. They served as the Director of Proposals & Contracts at Rho in 2022, following roles as Associate Director and Senior Proposal Analyst. Previously, Allison worked as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at both Community Home Care and Hospice and Duke University Health System. They also held the position of Senior Biometrics Project Manager at CROS NT from 2013 to 2017, where they coordinated project efforts to meet client expectations. Allison earned a Master of Social Work and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
