Principal Statistical Programmer at Rho

Dave Scocca began their work experience in 1986 as a Summer Camp Staff for the Baltimore Area Council, Boy Scouts of America. From 1996 to 1999, they served as a Student Assistant at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, supporting research computing using SAS. In 1999, they joined Rho as a Senior Software Developer, and later transitioned to roles such as Senior Statistical Programmer and currently holds the position of Principal Statistical Programmer.

Dave Scocca completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from Haverford College in the years 1986 to 1990. Dave then pursued further education at Bryn Mawr College between 1987 and 1990, although the specific degree or field of study is unknown. Moving forward, they attended the University of Pennsylvania in 1990 for the study of Mathematics. From 1991 to 2001, Dave Scocca attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where they obtained a Master of Arts degree in Political Science.
