Chloe Marsh

Chloe Marsh is the Director of Culture, Strategy, & Transformation at RHP Group, where she leads a team of five to develop annual communication and engagement strategies to foster a sense of belonging and connection in a hybrid work environment. Prior to her current role, Chloe held positions at Dell EMC and GE, specializing in people and engagement advisory roles. She holds a Bsc in Drama and Psychology from the University of the West of England.
