Richard Williams

Richard Williams has a diverse background in property management and sales, with experience in leadership and team development. Richard began a Graduate Management Trainee program at Taylor Wimpey plc, where skills were honed across various functions, ultimately specializing in Sales Management. Following this, Richard served as a Sales Manager, successfully leading a sales team in the Southern Counties Business Unit. Prior to current role as Voids & Lettings Lead at RHP Group, Richard offered flexible services as a Lettings and Sales Negotiator at Edwards Moore The Estate Agency Limited. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Product Design from the University of Leeds and a Master's Degree in Industrial and Product Design from Queensland University of Technology. Volunteering experience includes a role supporting disabled adults at Harmony Care Home.
