We combine automation and Emotional AI to help recruiters and HR teams reduce hiring time from 7 days to 72 hours and cut no-shows by 37%.

Our product includes three modules:

Recruiter App: mobile tools for screening, follow-ups, and scheduling.

Admin Dashboard: pipeline, KPIs, automations, and reporting.

Candidate App: digital ID, simple CV, micro-training, and reminders.

With more than 30,000 automated conversations and 340 candidates processed in 48 hours, RHRT is proving that high-turnover industries can achieve faster and smarter hiring.

We are currently in Pre-Seed stage, with an MVP live, active pilots, and early revenue signals. Our immediate focus is the State of Mexico, specifically the Tepotzotlán–Querétaro logistics corridor, one of the most dynamic and conflictive industrial hubs in Latin America. This zone concentrates warehouses, transport, and supply chain operations where talent turnover is a daily challenge.

Our vision is to expand across Mexico (Toluca, Iztapalapa, Vallejo, Guadalajara, Monterrey) and later into Latin America. We are building the future of recruitment for industries that move the real economy.
