Richard Cole

Richard Cole has held a variety of roles in the past decade. In 2009, they were a Paraeducator at Sedgwick County School District. From 2004-2011, they were a General Manager at Darden, where they achieved "Diamond Club" status for top 2% performance in overall company KPIs. From 2011-2013, they were a General Manager at Auto Image, where they increased revenue by 42% and improved commercial throughput by over 30%. From 2013-2018, they were the Director of Professional Services at Installation and Service Technologies, where they designed methodology and tools that contributed to annual revenue growth from $10m to $20m. From 2018-2019, they were the Director of Service Operations at Skinny IT, where they contributed to a SaaS project as a Subject Matter Expert. Currently, they are the General Manager of Rhythm Engineering, where they are leading the U.S., Indian, and Bulgarian teams of engineers, technicians, project management and support staff to restructure development and operations for scalability.

Richard Cole attended Oklahoma Baptist University from 1997 to 2001 and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications. Richard then attended Wichita State University from 2009 to 2011 and studied Secondary Education and Teaching.
