Rhythm & Flow is an event production, promotion, and media company based in Salem, Oregon, dedicated to creating experiences that bring people together through music, culture, and community.

Founded by Albert Ramon Jr. and Miguel Canchola, Rhythm & Flow was built from a shared passion for the local music scene and a vision to elevate entertainment in Salem and beyond. What started as a collaboration between two creatives has grown into a platform focused on producing high-energy events, showcasing diverse talent, and creating spaces where people feel seen, welcomed, and connected.

Our work includes live music shows, nightlife experiences, vendor markets, community events, brand activations, and multimedia content production. Through every event and creative project, Rhythm & Flow aims to celebrate diversity, uplift minority communities, support local artists and businesses, and contribute to the growth of culture in our city.

More than an event company, Rhythm & Flow is a movement built on connection, creativity, and community impact.
