Innovative Drumming Programs for Teams, Companies, and Special Events

We provide innovative solutions uniquely designed to bring teams and communities together.

Why Drumming?
There are no wrong notes on a drum and playing a drum can be learned instantly. Groups have a natural ability to synchronize that makes drumming accessible for new and first time players and provides a way for EVERYONE to be apart of the music making process.

What will drumming offer your team?
Research shows that group drumming is good for your health and can improve immunity. Group drumming is also shown to reduce turnover rates and improve camaraderie in the workplace.
Applications are then drawn from the drumming experience and further processed such as...
Misson Fortification
Reducing Burnout
Leadership Development
Innovation Inspiration
Group Dynamics
Or bring connection and celebration to your next conference, retreat, or product launch.

New! Remote Song Building Programs
Send your team on a quest to find sound and create an electronic song.

Why our drumming programs are different than others...
Because drumming is expressive and helps participants feel connected, our trained music therapy facilitators use this opportunity to draw meaning and encourage authentic conversations through group processing.
