Amy Neach has extensive experience in various roles related to patient and customer services. Amy is currently the Director of Patient and Customer Services at Rhythm Pharmaceuticals Inc., where they focus on supporting patients and caregivers by providing education, care coordination, and connecting them to necessary resources. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Patient Engagement at Orphazyme A/S, where they developed and managed a program to ensure optimal treatment access and adherence for patients with ultra-rare genetic diseases. Before that, Amy worked at Sanofi Genzyme for a significant period, holding positions such as Patient Access Associate Director, Patient Access Manager, and Patient Access Specialist. In these roles, they supported various access programs and managed daily operations for co-pay and charitable assistance programs. Amy Neach earned a Bachelors degree in Psychology from the University of Arizona, where they studied from 1990 to 1994. Amy further pursued their education at Loyola University in Chicago, obtaining a Master's degree in Social Work from 1996 to 1998.
