Anthony J. Frank

Anthony J. Frank is an experienced pharmaceutical professional with a strong background in technical operations and CMC development. Anthony J. currently holds the position of Vice President, Technical Operations at Rhythm Pharmaceuticals Inc. Prior to this, they served as Vice President, CMC Development at PepGen and held the roles of Senior Director, Head of CMC Development and Head of Technical Operations at Checkmate Pharmaceuticals and UCB-Ra Pharmaceuticals, respectively. Anthony was also an Executive Director at Ra Pharmaceuticals, where they managed drug substance development, manufacturing, and regulatory activities. Before that, they worked as a Director at Celgene, contributing to the development and commercialization of oncology products. Anthony J. began their career as a Senior Scientist at Albany Molecular Research, Inc and further gained experience as a Scientist at Penwest Pharmaceutical Group. Anthony J. Frank earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Marist College between the years of 1989 and 1993. Anthony J. then pursued further education at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Organic Chemistry from 1996 to 2001. Additionally, they completed a PhD in Organic Chemistry at the same institution from 1996 to 2002.
