Emily Hammer

Emily Hammer is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in patient education and nursing. Currently serving as Patient Education Manager at Rhythm Pharmaceuticals Inc. since September 2025, Emily previously held several leadership positions at Travere Therapeutics, including Director of Patient Experience & Training and Patient Services Manager. Prior roles also include significant nursing positions at Biogen and various hospitals, where Emily provided patient care and education across multiple specialties, including rare diseases and endocrinology. Emily holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, obtained in 2001.
