Lori Jordan, BSN, RN, PACS, CHPN, currently serves as Field Access Manager at Rhythm Pharmaceuticals Inc. since 2025. Prior experience includes roles such as Senior Patient Experience Liaison - Rare Disease at Otsuka Pharmaceutical Companies (U.S.) from 2021 to 2025, where responsibilities involved managing field reimbursement across nine Western states. Additional experience encompasses managing a nationwide triage team at Health Essentials | Remita Health | Bristol Hospice from 2015 to 2023, and working as a Nurse Educator at Amerisource Bergen -Lash Group from 2014 to 2021. Lori has also held various clinical and managerial positions focused on triage and case management across different healthcare settings, demonstrating expertise in patient education and care coordination. A graduate of Grand Canyon University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Lori possesses extensive knowledge in nursing practice and patient advocacy.
