Rick Norton

Rick Norton has a diverse work experience spanning from 1988 to the present. Rick has held leadership positions in various pharmaceutical and consulting companies. Some notable roles include being the Executive Director of Business Operations at Rhythm Pharmaceuticals Inc. since 2017 and the Director of Commercial Excellence at HighPoint Solutions in 2017. Rick also worked as the Senior Director of Commercial Operations at Aegerion Pharmaceuticals from 2012 to 2016 and as an Independent Consultant at Rick Norton Consulting from 2010 to 2011. Before that, they held positions such as Interim Leader of Marketing Science at Endo Pharmaceuticals in 2009, Executive Director of Sales Operations at Indevus Pharmaceuticals from 2004 to 2009, and Associate Director of Field Sales Business Analysis at Sepracor in 2003.
