Guilherme Ferreira

Guilherme Ferreira has a diverse work experience in the field of software development. Guilherme is currently working as a Software Engineer at RhythmScience Inc. since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Fullstack Developer at Toptal from April 2021 to April 2022.

From April 2020 to March 2021, Guilherme served as a Senior Full-stack Developer at Hepta Tecnologia e Informática. In this role, they primarily worked on a support system for IT Sustainability (HaaS) using Python, Django, Django Rest Framework, Celery for backend development, and VueJS for frontend development. Guilherme closely collaborated with the DevOps team to ensure the best approach to meet the network assets of clients.

Before that, Guilherme worked as a Senior Fullstack Developer at Basis Tecnologia da Informação S.A. from November 2019 to March 2020. Guilherme also gained extensive experience as an Information Technology Analyst at Tribunal de Contas do Estado do Tocantins from August 2013 to November 2019.

In addition, Guilherme has experience in web development. Guilherme worked as a Web Developer at Telessaude UFT from October 2013 to March 2014, where they developed projects related to telemedicine and online courses using Joomla and Moodle. Prior to that, they worked as an Intern in the web development sector at Fundação Universidade Federal do Tocantins from June 2009 to November 2011. During this time, they focused on PHP web development and Joomla CMS.

Guilherme also worked at Secretaria da Administração do Estado do Tocantins as an IT Analyst from February 2013 to August 2013. Additionally, they held the position of Developer at Tins Sistemas para Escritório from December 2011 to January 2013. Here, they developed modules for an ERP system and worked on the migration of the system from Delphi to Python/Django.

Guilherme Ferreira earned their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Universidade Federal do Tocantins, where they studied from 2005 to 2011. In 2016, they pursued postgraduate studies in Application Development for Mobile Devices at Faculdade Unyleya, completing the program in 2017.

Additionally, Guilherme obtained the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in September 2021.
