Cheryl Presley

Cheryl Presley is a Registered Nurse (RN) and has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). Cheryl also holds certifications as a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) and a Certified Professional in Patient Safety (CPPS).

Cheryl's most recent role is as the Director of Quality and Patient Safety at Radiology Imaging Associates/Invision Sally Jobe, starting in July 2020.

Prior to this, they served as a Direct Commission Officer in the US Army Reserves since 2006, where they led and supervised a team of medic soldiers within the Surgical Intensive Care Unit. Cheryl was also selected as the Headquarters Platoon Leader and implemented environmental efficiency initiatives for critically ill patients.

From January 2019 to July 2020, Cheryl worked as the Director of Quality and Patient Safety at Centura Health - Porter Adventist Hospital, where they actively participated in a collaborative team aimed at finding solutions aligned with the organization's missions and values. Cheryl also embraced the High Reliability Organization framework for creating a safer healthcare environment.

Cheryl's experience includes serving as the Director of Quality and Risk Management at HCA Healthcare from an unspecified start date in 2011 to an unspecified end date in 2018. During their time there, they achieved a significant increase in compliance survey scores and developed training materials to increase productivity and reduce risk.
