Sheri Hardman

Sheri Hardman has over two decades of experience in customer service and patient accounting roles in the healthcare industry. Sheri began their career at Great West Life Insurance as a Claims Examiner, where they processed medical claims and ensured accurate payment. Sheri later transitioned to the role of Senior Claims Examiner Recovery Specialist and played a key role in tracking and recovering overpayments.

Sheri then worked at Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield as a Customer Service Representative, where they provided assistance to providers with claim inquiries and collaborated with other offices for resolution.

Currently, Sheri is employed at Radiology Imaging Associates / Invision Sally Jobe. Sheri started as a Patient Accounting Representative, answering queries from providers, patients, and insurance companies regarding claims and accounts. Sheri also helped resolve billing and coding issues and set up payment plans for patients. Later, they were promoted to the roles of Customer Service Supervisor and Patient Accounting Team Lead, where they continued to excel in providing exceptional customer service and overseeing the patient accounting department.
