Cliff Walker

Cliff Walker is the Implementation Services VP at Rialtic with over 20 years of experience in software product development, electronic data interchange processing, claims life cycle, claims processing, project management, and related resource management. From requirements gathering to post-implementation support, Cliff has been involved in all development aspects for private equity and Fortune 500 environments.

Cliff has concentrated healthcare program and project management experiences in areas such as Medicaid, Medicare, Government Based, TPA, and Commercial lines of business. He also holds extensive experience implementing EDI X12N transactions in a B2B / Trading Partner environment, including real-time and batch transactions utilizing industry standard protocols and applications. He understands all ASC X12N HIPAA EDI transaction sets, NCPDP, and common standard healthcare formats. Cliff thoroughly knows the Claim System Adjudication Processes in various US-based Health Plan claim systems.

Cliff, an honors graduate from Florida A&M University, obtained a Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) degree from the University of Phoenix. He is also certified as Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
