Rethna Eddy

Rethna Eddy is the Director of Talent at Rialtic. She is responsible for bringing world-class talent to the company, every day. She has 11 years of experience in recruiting before Rialtic, specializing in sales and senior recruiting with over 3,000 placements. Rethna has worked with Series A, Series B, Series C, and seed companies to implement in-house scalable talent functions. She is a trusted advisor to founders in recruiting, focusing the most on the candidate journey.

Before Rialtic, she led and scaled talent teams at SeedInvest (seed, acquired by Circle), Komodo Health (Series D), and Crossborder Solutions (Series C), and came from Axiom Law (Series D, successful sale), a recruiting startup for legal talent. Reth is passionate about diversity and inclusive practices in recruiting, building strong companies, and geeks out over psychology.

She is the eldest immigrant daughter of two and lives in New York City. On the side, she is either booking a plane or on one. She graduated with honors from Lafayette College and holds a B.A. in English and Psychology.
