Ria Maris is dedicated to providing a reliable source of high-quality marine products—specifically seabass (Robalo) and gilthead seabream (Dourada)—to meet the growing global demand, while championing environmentally responsible practices and the conservation of natural resources.

At the heart of our vision is integrating advanced technological solutions, particularly robotics, to automate and control operations. This includes implementing real-time monitoring systems for key components such as climate and water quality, using data fusion and artificial intelligence. Our AI systems are designed to predict nutritional needs, detect and manage disease, enhance animal welfare, and ensure healthy and sustainable fish growth.

Ria Maris aims to be a flagship initiative in sustainable aquaculture and technological innovation, enhancing Portugal’s reputation as a leader in the blue economy.
