Jong (Jake) Lee is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in foreign exchange trading and risk management. Currently serving as the Director of FX Trading at Ria Financial since August 2012 and the Head of US Treasury Risk Management at XE.com since April 2016, Jong manages global trading teams and develops hedging strategies in G10 and Emerging Markets. Previous roles include Vice President and Senior FX Trader at East West Bank, where significant contributions included developing an FX business infrastructure and negotiating increased liquidity, as well as a lengthy tenure at Union Bank that involved managing bank flow and proprietary positions in global markets. Jong began a career in finance at Fuji Bank Ltd. and holds a BA in Chemistry with extensive coursework in Economics from Northwestern University.
