Fady Kobersy

Fady Kobersy has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Fady began their career in 2009 as a self-employed engineer, specializing in design work. In 2010, they joined First Technical Contracting Co. Ltd. as a Civil/Structural Engineer, where they supervised on-site work, coordinated with various divisions, and handled office tasks such as submittals and scheduling. Fady also implemented risk mitigation plans and conducted site meetings. Fady stayed with First Technical Contracting Co. Ltd. until 2015.

Following that, Fady worked as a Procurement and Cost Control Manager at the same company from 2013 to 2015. Fady then moved to Construction Computer Software (RIB CCS) in 2015, taking on the role of Area & Business Development Manager | Senior Consultant. In this role, they provided training and support for the Project Control Tool called "Candy" and implemented it within organizations. Fady also analyzed and handled the implementation process and structured project control plans.

In 2019, Fady was promoted to Head of Sales & Customer Success for the Middle East & North Africa region at Construction Computer Software (RIB CCS), where they continue to work.

Fady Kobersy obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from the University of Balamand in the years 2006 to 2010. Later, from 2012 to 2014, they pursued an MSc in Project Management with a focus on Construction and Infrastructure at the University of Liverpool. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications such as "Body Language for Leaders" from LinkedIn in 2020 and "High Impact Presentations" from Dale Carnegie in 2018. Fady also holds certifications in "Right First Time" from Dale Carnegie in 2018 and "Construction, Estimating & Project Control (Candy)" from Construction Computer Software (Pty) Ltd in 2013. Other certifications include "Business Writing Skills" and "Proposal Management" from EOH, and "Rescue Diver" from PADI.
