Matthew Jackson

Matthew Jackson has a diverse work experience in various roles within the construction and real estate industries. Matthew currently serves as the Strategy Lead at RIB Software, where they lead strategic efforts to shape the future of the organization and the industries it serves. Matthew is also a Co-Founder of ZERO, a not-for-profit network aimed at making construction a zero carbon industry. In addition, they have worked as a Guest Lecturer at Lund University and KEA - Københavns Erhvervsakademi. Matthew has held multiple roles at BIMobject, including Director of Business Development, Global Marketing Manager, Director of Technical Services, Business Development Manager, and Technical Consultant. Matthew has also worked as a Field Sales Account Manager at Excitech Ltd, a Business Consultant and Vertical Software Specialist at Solutions inc., and as a self-employed Architectural Designer. Additionally, Matthew has experience as a Small Project Lead Designer at Oakmasters.

Matthew Jackson holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Architecture from the University of Brighton, which they obtained from 2004 to 2007. Prior to that, they attended The Billericay School Sixth Form College from 2002 to 2004 and The Billericay School from 1997 to 2002. Matthew has also obtained several certifications, including AEC Infrastructure and AEC Building Certifications for Sales Representatives from Autodesk in 2013, as well as multiple Apple Product Professional certifications from 2011 to 2013. In 2023, they completed an Introduction to ESG course offered by LinkedIn.
