Sabine Haim

Sabine Haim is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles at RIB Software since April 2006. Currently serving as the Global Process Owner, Sabine specializes in business processes, query management, and change management, focusing on process excellence and alignment with strategic objectives. As Head of Talent Acquisition for RIB EMEA, responsibilities include organizational development, coaching, innovative recruiting strategies, and data-driven decision-making. Sabine also managed young talents, contributed to organizational and change management, served as Data Protection Coordinator for Europe, and led various teams across marketing and sales functions. Additionally, Sabine volunteers at Arolsen Archives, advocating against discrimination and promoting remembrance of victims of National Socialism.
