The Product and Development team at Ribble Cycles is responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing our range of award-winning bikes. This includes overseeing the entire product lifecycle from conception and design, managed by our Designers and New Product Development Manager, through to ensuring top quality, facilitated by our Product Quality Manager. The team includes Full Stack Developers and Qlik Developers who work on our BikeBuilder tool and other digital platforms, while the Product Owner and Commercial Product Manager are tasked with steering product strategy and market alignment. The Product Specialists offer expert insights and ensure that each bike meets the rigorous demands of our discerning cyclists.

Product and Development

The Customer Experience Team at Ribble Cycles is dedicated to ensuring every customer has a seamless and tailored experience, whether shopping online or in one of our showrooms. They provide expert product and fitting advice, manage customer inquiries, and offer personalized assistance through our virtual showroom tours. Ensuring customer satisfaction from the initial inquiry to post-purchase support is their primary goal, enhancing the overall enjoyment of owning a Ribble bike.

The Marketing team at Ribble Cycles is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive online sales and brand awareness. The Performance Marketing Lead focuses on optimizing online campaigns to maximize ROI, the Digital Marketing Assistant supports daily digital marketing activities including content creation and social media management, and the Marketing Coordinator ensures smooth coordination of marketing initiatives and events both online and offline. Together, they amplify Ribble Cycles’ reach, engage with the cycling community, and attract new customers to the brand.
