Devendra Mishra

Devendra Mishra has extensive work experience in the field of telecom engineering. Devendra started their career in 2002 as an Administrator - Knowledge Base at Supportscape, where they provided tech support for Tiscali. Devendra was responsible for troubleshooting operating system and internet connection issues, as well as maintaining and updating the knowledge base. In 2004, they joined FingerTip Solutions as a Sr. Designer in the solutions department, where they designed telephony and networking solutions based on client requirements. In 2005, they moved to Sistema Shyam Teleservices Ltd as a Sr. Engineer - Networks, ISP, where they maintained broadband systems and implemented network security measures. From 2008 to 2018, they worked at GlobalLogic as a Manager - Telecom Engineering, overseeing telecom engineering projects. In 2018, they joined Ribbon Communications as a Senior Manager - Telecom Engineering.

From 2003 to 2007, Devendra Mishra pursued a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in Computers at Indira Gandhi National Open University.
