Michelle Boot

Michelle Boot has a strong background in education and training services. Michelle started their career as a Sales Manager at PC Connection in 1995 and later moved on to become the Director of Training and Development at Verizon Wireless in 2000. From 2003 to 2009, they worked at Hewlett-Packard as a Sales & Technical Certification Trainer. Michelle then joined ADH as a Training & Marketing Specialist from 2008 to 2010, followed by Enterasys Networks as a Senior Technical Trainer from 2009 to 2011. In 2011, they became the Training Development Manager at Ipswitch, Inc. and then transitioned to CJIS Compliancy Solutions / Spaulding Hill Networks, LLC as a CJIS Compliance Specialist from 2012 to 2014. Currently, Michelle is the Director of Global Education & Training Services at Ribbon Communications, a position they have held since 2015. Their experience spans across various industries, focusing on training and development roles.

Michelle Boot attended Saint Michael's College but did not complete a degree or field of study. Michelle also attended Notre Dame Manchester, but did not complete a degree or field of study there either. In 2015, they obtained a certification in Sonus SBC Core Support from Sonus.
