Todd Hand

Technical Instructor at Ribbon Communications

Todd Hand has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Todd began their career at Nortel in 2004 as an Interoperability Test Engineer, where they were responsible for testing network equipment. Todd then moved on to a role as a Sr Engineer, where they worked on engineering projects. In 2009, Todd became a Sr Methods Eng at Nortel, focusing on improving processes and methods. In 2010, they joined Occam Networks as a Technical Support - VoIP Networks, providing technical assistance to customers. Todd then joined NCR Corporation in 2013 as a Field Tech, handling on-site equipment troubleshooting. Also in 2013, they joined Genband as a Services Support Engineer, providing support to customers. Todd later transitioned into the role of a Technical Training Instructor at Genband, where they conducted training sessions. Most recently, Todd has been working at Ribbon Communications as a Technical Instructor.

From 1981 to 1983, Todd Hand attended DeVry Institute where they obtained an Associates degree in Electronics.
