Tracy Abbott has extensive experience in technical support engineering, beginning with a position as a Crypto Maintenance Tech in the U.S. Air Force from 1984 to 1994, followed by roles in various technology companies. At National Steel/Great Lakes Division from 1994 to 1995, Tracy worked as a Flux Unloader/General Labor before joining Network Equipment Technologies from 1995 to 2012 as a Technical Support professional. From 1995 to 2017, Tracy served as a Principal Technical Support Engineer at Sonus Networks, focusing on VoIP, UC, TDM, and network management, specifically with the SBC1000/2000 and VX product lines.
