Samuel MATTA is a Senior Application Engineer at RIBER, focusing on innovating machine configurations for customer satisfaction and semiconductor materials growth. Previously, as a PhD Candidate at CNRS, Samuel specialized in self-assembled AlGaN nanostructure design for UV LED applications. Samuel's background includes internships in electro-optical characterization of micro-size LEDs and encapsulation processes for white LEDs.
