Ribolytix is a Duke University spinout providing specialized CRO services for RNA-/RBP-targeting drug discovery.

Drug developers in this space rely on indirect readouts, single reporter assays, or poorly translatable out-of-cell assays. These approaches are too narrow, artifact-prone, or not scalable. As a result, compounds frequently advance into costly animal studies with weak potency or hidden off-target liabilities that only become apparent in vivo.

Ribolytix addresses this gap by enabling quantitative, in-cell measurement of drug-induced changes in endogenous RNA–protein interactions across the RBPome, delivering engagement IC₅₀ values and selectivity profiles to support hit-to-lead decision-making and early lead optimization.
