Jonathan Kearns

Jonathan Kearns has over 25 years of experience in finance and accounting. Jonathan began their career in 1993 as an Account Manager, Project Accountant, and Contract Manager for Zachry Construction Corporation, a privately held general contractor based in San Antonio, Texas. In 2000, they joined Iconixx as Director of Finance and Controller, where they managed all accounting and finance activity including AP, AR, payroll, and GL monthly closing. Jonathan then moved to BP Independent Reprographics in 2002, where they were the Controller and participated in the management committee to formulate business strategy and resolve key issues. In 2004, they became the CFO of Genapure, a private equity portfolio company focused on analytical testing services, and in 2007 they joined Ironshore Capital Partners, LLC. as CFO. Jonathan was an operating partner for one of the 10 largest hedge funds in the US and performed financial analysis and market due diligence to underwrite potential investments. Jonathan Kearns currently serves as Director of Finance and Controller for Ribometrix since 2019.

Jonathan Kearns attended Texas A&M University from 1989 to 1993, where they earned a BBA in Accounting.
