Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB)
We specialize in design, fabrication, supply, and erection of high-quality steel structures — including warehouses, factories, industrial sheds, multi-storey buildings, metro/rail projects, airplane hangars, rail over bridges, and multi-level car parking. Our modern plant in Kashipur, Uttarakhand, delivers optimized, seismic-resistant solutions that are faster, more cost-effective, and fully compliant with Indian standards. We follow strict quality control and on-time delivery as core principles.

Textile Manufacturing
We produce premium knitted fabrics through a fully integrated process: knitting, dyeing, and special finishing. Our expertise covers high-performance materials like Lycra stretch fabrics, single jersey, structured knits, and sustainable options — serving apparel, activewear, casualwear, and garment sectors with consistent quality and innovation.

We are ISO 9001:2015 certified and were the first Indian PEB company to achieve OHSAS 18001:2007 certification (now aligned with ISO 45001) from IRQS in 2015 — reflecting our strong commitment to quality, safety, and excellence.

New Chapter (2026 Update): Following the NCLT-supervised liquidation process in 2025, the company was successfully acquired by Mr. Narendra Kumar Srivastava. This new ownership has brought renewed energy, focused revival, and a strong drive to grow both PEB and textile operations with the same dedication to precision and customer value.
